At Aleph,
We are passionate about recreating Middle Eastern flavours without the use of any animal products. This new approach to vegan and Middle Eastern cuisine has seen Aleph earn wide local and national recognition, being nominated annually for Best Vegetarian Restaurant since our inception.
We do not claim to be authentic. Our offering is meant to expand what can be done with Middle Eastern cuisine. Through that, Aleph aims to break the borders between Middle Eastern countries through bringing to the surface the commonality in the regional food.
Servicing a diverse community in Vancouver, Aleph; the first letter of Hebrew, Arabic, Turkish and Persian is a place where people can find familiarity, wherever and no matter what religion, culture, race or gender they are.
